All the staff was extremely friendly and excellent. It was well-organised, functional and with perfect big bed. Every detail, the service was terrific and the staff was willing to help.

Enjoyed my such wonderful stay with „ customer service “. The staff was willing to help, I was taken care of. The venue's position was very central. I was surprised at nearby Le Bistrot des Arts, they had some goodies, drinks.

There were a laptop-size safe, a writing table, and a chair in my compact and tidy room. Outstandingly accommodating, superfriendly staff, was willing to help. The hotel was in a favourable and fantastic position really close to the lake, the old town, and all the shopping, the centre of Geneve, near to the main shopping area, and public transport from the airport station or the railway station...

Incredibly nice staff, lovely views to the old town, everything is modern. The rooms are neat and new-fashioned, with central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. All in all it's reasonably clean place, they have perfect beds.

Its location within walking distance of Jet d'eau Fountain was magnificent. The breakfast had a huge variety of good food and drinks.

I stayed here before, always new-fashioned and tidy rooms with view. Had a laptop-size safe, a TV and a writing desk;))

The restaurant was nice for that service instead of continuously looking at which restaurant is open, we ordered excellent dishes. Amazing view to the lake, truly enjoyed it. The location was good and stunning, within a close distance from Patek Philippe Watch Museum.

Everything was high quality, really friendly staff, perfect location near shops, cafes, the old town, the lake, restaurants and main attractions of Old Town area and lake Geneve. Pancakes, eggs and bacon were fab, I greatly enjoyed it.

The location was magnificent, within a close distance from The Flower Clock. You could walk to a shopping mall and a main shopping street. Compact double room and the bed was comfortable. Coffee and an ironing set were great.

Really modern hotel, I had a really really nice stay. The food provided for breakfast was good. There were large rooms with a stunning view of the Molard Tower and comfortable bed and laptop safe.
